Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SuperVeloce is one of the world's best examples of the craft. The sheer craziness of this new Murcielago SuperVeloce has shown that even Lamborghini doesn't know its own strength. The LP670-4 finds its name based on its 670 horsepower and all-wheel drive. Despite the power bump over the standard LP650-4, the LP670-4 SV actually sheds 220 lbs, in addition to extra downforce from aerodynamic wings in the front and rear of the supercar.

The LP670-4 SV will rip from zero-to-62 mph in a mere 3.1 seconds, continuing on to 124 mph in just 10 seconds time. The SuperVeloce is truly an impressive beast of an automobile - donning the title of the fastest and most powerful Murcielago ever produced, and limited to a 350 unit production run.

In order to achieve the 670 horsepower that propel the SV, Malborghini utilized a 6.5-liter 12-cylinder engine with a completely new architecture. Hexagonal polymer plates made from transparent polycarbonate are set on three levels within a carbon fiber framework - with the fibers opening towards the rear of the vehicle, aiding with thermodynamic cooling.

To help distinguish this limited edition Murcielago from its more pedestrian brethren, the SV sports an enormous rear wing (even the smaller of the two options is goofy-huge) and a front splitter so deep and low that the nose-lifting kit was given immunity from the weight slashers. The LP670-4 SV rests on 18-inch wheels, which hide 14.96-inch rotors front and rear, each carbo carbon ceramic.
